Deliveries & Shipments
- Local Deliveries: In most cases, orders for local Nassau and Paradise Island deliveries will be sent out the next day.
- Family Island Orders: All Family Island Mailboat orders must be finalized and paid for 24 hours before sailing. Same-day orders for Family Islands are not permitted.
- Order Cancellation: To cancel a delivery order, contact our Shipping Department by calling our office at (242) 396-7000 at the earliest opportunity.
- In-Store Purchases and Pick-Up: Customers are required to count and inspect their order before leaving, as we will not be responsible for discrepancies or improper handling of the product once it leaves the warehouse.
- Order Adjustments: Should you wish to cancel or adjust your order, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
